I thought it was called EMERGENCY Roadside Service? While I do not own a BMW 650i convertible, I wouldn't expect to call emergency roadside service to haul my car to an appointment to get all new tires, for free (or within the parameters of the service). I would expect them to change my tire and put a spare on (which i'm surprised you didn't even have a donut tire). Or take my flat and have it repaired if possible. It's not like you are on the side of the road and it's an emergency.
According to BMW you should be able to drive the 45 miles without a problem.
I agree!!! We had a mini cooper and you can most certainly drive with 45 miles with run flats. Definitly not an emergency.
