They unlock cars, change tires, jump start and/ or replace batteries AT HOME in the driveway as well as on the road, and if they can't get things working, they tow the car to someone that can. And because the word 'Emergency' in in the title, you must need to be bleeding and on fire on the side of the road in order to justify calling?
If you'all also bothered to read the post rather than immediately ridicule the OP with your opinions of whats an emergency that frankly is none of any of our businesses except GS, the contract, and the folks from the home office that answered her post and offered to help, you would have read 75% of the OP's rant was the inconsistency of those she talked to at GS, and she has a valid point REGARDLESS of the policy.
Maybe Wood can define the word 'Emergency' in the policy for Good Sam so we all know when, according to his definition won't abuse it as he is accusing the OP of.
