Have you spoke to NG on the phone? I am not a GS fan. In fact just switched to Coach net. However, I have had NG since 1989 and they treat us good. Whenever we switch vehicles or change coverage we speak to them on the phone. (we pay on line) If there is any question we ask for a supervisor. We had small claims. Never a problem. As far as cost. It is difficult to compare costs because we carry very high coverage. I agree with you on some coverages. Although many insurance companues insure, they didn't have everything we wanted. Call NG on the phone and talk to a supervisor.
