After reading the problems this person has encountered I don't think I want to renew with Good Sams aka, National General.

I agree with Dick B. How many insurance companies do you know that have a public comment board for their customers to make comments on? You read about some dissatisfied ones here because they have a place to complain or request help on. Most of the customers that are happy with the service do not post about it because they don't need any help.
I don't have National General as my insurer but I would bet their satisfaction ratio is probably just as good as most other auto/rv insurance companies. If you are happy with their service I would stick with them until the rates get too high or something else happens to make you change your mind.
