After reading the problems this person has encountered I don't think I want to renew with Good Sams aka, National General.

I have National General through my independent insurance agent (not Good Sams). I have had only one claim over the years, but it was a big one. (New roof, after I drove into a low overhand.) No problem with the claim and my rate did not increase.
