National General Insurance

I am very disappointed in the Good Sam Insurance. Had an accident a year ago that damaged my tow vehicle and 5th wheel. The company that my truck was insured with, Progressive Insurance Co. arbitrated with the at fault party's insurance and returned my $1,000 deductible to me within 6 months. Almost a year later, NG informs me they were not able to successfully settle with the at fault party and I am out the $1,000 deductible and now have a claim on my driving record. I am switching to Progressive for my 5th wheel coverage. Think twice before going with the Good Sam policy.
