New Gander Mountain/Overton Benefit. Good? Bad? Indifferent?

I grew up in Wisconsin, about 40 mins from the original Gander Mountain. While I was probably 8 years old the only time I went to the store, my recollection is that it was a small A-frame store.

I was surprised to see the name surge a few years ago but, in the end, it looks like they couldn't compete.
