Yes, the discounts are good on any volume of fuel. However, since you are paying with your own form of payment, note that some credit/debit cards impose a single transaction limit, which is determined by your personal credit/debit card company.
Pilot Flying J RV Plus Card
Yes. You will receive discounts for every gallon you fill. Also, there is no “single transaction” limit cut off like with credit/debit cards. The RV Plus Charge Card allows you to fill up as much as you need in a single swipe (up to the amount of credit you have available).
