New travel assist carrier?

I have had your travel assist since purchasing my motorhome. I think it was handled by some type of masonic organization. I paid the bill as usual this year. I called today and was told I have no coverage. They told me that you changed carriers. I paid the 109 dollars and have a card you sent me that is no good. Not a good business practice. Having had no coverage, according to your website the initial fee is 99 dollars. The person on the phone told me I would have to pay the 109 to join. I also have your rv insurance and your road assistance, which will probably be dropped due to your poor business practices.

    I have just left you a voice mail about this. You do not have Good Sam TravelAssist. You do however have Emergency Assistance Plus still, which you purchased through a Free Mason group that is still managed by AGIA. Your policy with them is still active and vaild and your payments were received by them, not Good Sam. You can reach them at 1-800-782-7267. Remember to ask them about your Emergency Assistance program.

    Thank you for your post today. I have looked into your account and I do not reflect any current payments to Good Sam TravelAssist. However before July 28th of 2012 the program was administered by our Health Insurance partner AGIA, as of the that date control of the program was directly taken over by Good Sam. I will send you an additional PM to get more information so I can fully research your payment.

  • It makes no sense that any business would do this to a customer/member. Has to be an error in this somewhere. Eagerly awaiting a reply from GS since I just subscribed to Travel Assist.
