Travel Assist

We have been GS members for a long time
and also have had Road side Assistance.
We have never had a problem with either of these.

Last year we signed up for Travel Assist.
I made sure that the agent DID NOT tick
the box for "autopay". I have received
several emails saying my Travel Assist is
expiring soon "and thanks for signing up for
autopay, we will charge your credit card
so your service will not stop".
I have had to phone each time and request
the autopay to stop. Each time I have been
assured that the box was "UNCHECKED".
BOOM....I get another one.

If anything will make me want to cancel, this type of
harassment will.

GS......get the message.
