I called you yesterday afternoon regarding a breakdown that happened with my truck at home. You took the call professionally, and got all the pertinent information. About an hour after we completed the call, the tow truck arrived and quickly picked the truck up. I followed it to the dealership as the driver delivered it to the shop. You even waived the small difference in mileage you were going to charge after I mentioned I'd been with you for 20 years.

Great service (again).
