I think your detective skill are out of practice - you got cancelled for too many calls - all roadside assistance companies have clauses on this.

You may or may not be correct. I had exceptional issues with Goodyear Marathon tires that caused repeated calls. The keyword here being 'exceptional'; prior to this I had only a couple of service calls over a decade. But there were other issues I outlined beyond just the cancellation which you have not addressed. We were canceled with no notification while we were on the road over 1000 miles from home. Both cancellations came without any information beyond a written piece of mail which I didn't receive until we were back in Rhode Island. And whether or not I was canceled due to my criticisms, no criticism was ever inquired about at any time even though I submitted it electronically and in writing.
At any rate, my point in all this wasn't to publicly air a grievance but to advise a group of people I've known for a long time (on the Montana Users Forum) of what I view. as a potential problem for them.
As you can see here, an administrator with Good Sam reached out to me and I have contacted him. We can have a conversation. I am not trying to bend anyone's will to my will but to suggest that the professional aspects of this particular incident are lacking.
