I read my member benefit brochure again and find p9: "Priority Access to RV Tech Helpline & Appointment Service" 1-855-324-6963. I am promised "highest priority...help in solving technical RV problems...refrigerator, slide outs or a/c units"....
If the problem cannot be solved over the phone they will find a professional service center and set up an appointment.
There are a lot of disclaimers in this section...as the poster above mentioned.
Once again....not too upset. Just disappointed they could not have a GSERS Tech chat with me...or find a service center in SF or Redding, CA to either chat with me or come over and check things out. At my expense.
