UUUUggghh! I hate to hear this. We had to use GS service twice...and twice we got no satisfaction. Once stuck on the side of I-25 in Wyoming and the other time stuck in sand up to our rear axle in Minnesota. Both times we were in dire straights and both times the lady from GS roadside assistance told us for several minutes of what she couldn't do for us rather than what she COULD do for us. To be fair, GS refunded the money for the pull out we used in Pequot Lakes, MN. But man, when you are in deep @!$% you want help, not be told the rope your trying to grab is not going to be long enough.
