Thanks Devocamper for the post. We sincerely appreciate the feedback on this forum and use it as a tool each time a member posts with areas of improvement. We work hard every day to ensure our members safety and assistance during their time of need.
Unfortunately, sometimes the process does not go as smoothly as we would like. In those cases, we review each aspect of the disablement and the root cause of what broke down in the process - with the goal of correcting completely to eliminate the possibility of it happening again.
