When we lost a serpentine belt, Coachnet contracted to tow us to an RV Sales business. Before the towtruck got to us, I called the RV Sales lot and they didn't even have a regular diesel mechanic. They have one they can call in, but they weren't equipped to fix our coach. What the . . . ????? So I called the place they recommended and yes, they could fix our coach. So when the tow truck got there, I asked the gentleman. He told me he would tow us wherever we wanted. The place we wanted to go was at the same exit and was very close to the other. Coachnet never squabbled over that, but they weren't out anything.
That said. . . I would pay the up charge to go where they could get to my coach sooner.
