Good Sam Roadside Assistance is designed to provide you “Unlimited” mileage to the nearest repair facility that is verified in advance as “Willing and Capable” of repairing your vehicle to get you back on the road safely. In this example, as with others that come to us on occasion, the member was assisted with costs "above and beyond" the membership guidelines as an exception in the interest of customer satisfaction. If anyone has any further questions or concerns please feel free to send me a PM.
