Willing and capable should have a time frame included. OP said two weeks before your choice could look at it. If they had been a year out before they could look at it then what real customer service was provided. Sometimes your bottom line cost you more in the long run with poor customer relations.
I saw no reason to send a private pm as too much is hidded from the other posters here.
I also know you have no control over CW operations and the service provided.
