Paid but Canceled

Why on earth do you get e-mail the day after ins. is canceled telling you it's cancelled yesterday? We paid it electronically according to their web site on the 26th, our account debited on 26th. Today at 4 something AM we are notified it's canceled for non payment! Why not say so a few days before not the day after? And why after they received payment 7 days ago?
What Gives????

Same reason they send you renewal notices warning you your membership has expired pay immediately. When in actuality you have paid your dues and your membership does not expire until next year. :R

Wake up GS! It is 2015 they make computers today that are capable of running programs designed for proper billing.
