Pain to get a plastic membership card
Why is it when you renew your membership now you have to ask for a physical plastic card? Used to be it would automatically be sent to you. A paper printout is worthless when it comes to getting your gas discount. Can't slide a piece of paper into the gas pump. By the way I asked for two cards, one for me and one for my wife, and they just sent one.
