So I have a major trip starting Monday.I had planned to use goodsamclub.com to find some campgrounds along the way.The problem is: The route planner and campground finder are BOTH broken on the web site and "customer service" tells me it can't be fixed until Monday, since today is Saturday. I assume that is a lie since Monday is a holiday and that probably pushes the fix off until Tuesday. So it's down for one of the heaviest travel weekends of the year. Sad that they have no "call out" procedure in place for "out of hours" major problems like this.THIS IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The campground finder worked for me just fine just now. Also, before you get all pissy, there are other means to find campgrounds like RV Park Reviews, Woodalls, and CW has huge campground book you can purchase, which I keep around in case of computer failure.

And wasting everybody's time by posting here to do NOTHING but throw rocks at another user is YOUR PROBLEM......and you should do something to correct it.

P.S. Just to repeat: they did get it fixed, apparently the same day as my report. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the "support" people answering the phone don't have a clue; that's pretty typical of any big company these days.

Procrastination is nobody's problem but yours. Sometimes you need to plan a major trip for more than a couple of days.

That is certainly better than purposely starting a fight like some seem to enjoy doing. Have you blocked any of them ???

And for everybody else, it seems that something got their attention. The web site seems fully functional now.
