I have had the card since it was available. Took about a month to get card. Problems with using it at some Flying J's that first year. This year the problems have been almost trouble free. We stopped at one Flying J that receipt came out as a blank paper. Went into store for printed copy. Store manager asked what the problem was. Hopefully printer got repaired. Pilot fuel stops always require going into store to get receipt.
Couple of other problems I have had since getting card. I use my banks pay system. They require a hard address for any payee. Had to call Pilot for the information.
Along the way I stopped getting email notices of my account. Had to call again. Somehow my email address was not in the system. When put back in system I get a statement every month. Even when amount I owe is $0.
I like my card. No going into store in most places. Can do a fill-up without restarting pump. Get cash price for fuel. Get an additional $.06 off for each gallon.
