Thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
I have heard back from Pilot Flying J regarding the issues you have had at the
Pilot Travel Center #237 - Salinas, CA Pilot Travel Center #154 - Lost Hills, CA and the Pilot Flying J #765 - Thousand Palms, CA.
These are all corporate locations and are RV friendly, your card is activated and I was told the only issue they could identify was the magnetic strip on your card is worn out and the pump was unable to read the card.
I have reissued new cards for you and Donna. This should elevate issues in the future.
