I don't blame you. Flying J used to be a great RV friendly place with competitive prices. Since Pilot and now Good Sam took over and got wrapped up with them, the reward system has changed uncountable times and prices have gone through the roof. I can save $.25-.40 a gallon down the road any day of the week and don't have to mess with cards that sometimes work, programs that are in a constant state of flux, and employees that don't have a clue what's happening at their own station.

Too bad. A good business that's now a perfect example of a company without leadership and a reasonable plan for the future. The posted fuel prices are always good for a laugh as we go by though.

Well that pretty much sucks.....because I doubt that gasoline is available in the "truck lanes".

If you used the Pilot at I80 exit 15a then that one by the PDF locations doesn't give GS discounts. If you used it then it is not GS fault you didn't get a discount. May be yours for not checking.

That download is pretty out of date - they have a app that under each location tells if they honor the RV discounts

Did you look at the pump to see if the GS club discount was listed ?
Did you actually READ the prompts that came up on the pump ??

Oh, and that nickel adds up if you are pumping 50 gallons.

P.S. I have personally had trouble with this several times before and complained about it but on my last trip it worked perfectly......and the Pilot/J station was the cheapest one nearby BEFORE the discount in a couple of the cases.
