I don't blame you. Flying J used to be a great RV friendly place with competitive prices. Since Pilot and now Good Sam took over and got wrapped up with them, the reward system has changed uncountable times and prices have gone through the roof. I can save $.25-.40 a gallon down the road any day of the week and don't have to mess with cards that sometimes work, programs that are in a constant state of flux, and employees that don't have a clue what's happening at their own station.
I ain't got time for that.

Too bad. A good business that's now a perfect example of a company without leadership and a reasonable plan for the future. The posted fuel prices are always good for a laugh as we go by though. - TheLuvShackExplorer

For location 546 @ I80 exit 15A in Indiana it says "rv rewards only in truck lanes"
Well that pretty much sucks.....because I doubt that gasoline is available in the "truck lanes".
And an RV is not a "truck". - jdb7566Explorer

Hummmm!! The only station south of I80 on I65 is at Hebron exit and it is a Flying J. That station doesn't have a RV Island. If you was at the car Island did the pay at the pump, ask you to swipe your GS card after your CC? And the Truck pumps don't include taxes, which is added when you go inside to pay.
Or if you used the Pilot Travel Center across the road from the Flying J it is also part of the Pilot/Flying J stations that give GS discounts.
To know what Pilot/Flying J give you a discount with GS card. Download this PDF that has all locations good with the GS card. And also the ones that will not give you a GS discount.
If you used the Pilot at I80 exit 15a then that one by the PDF locations doesn't give GS discounts. If you used it then it is not GS fault you didn't get a discount. May be yours for not checking.
That download is pretty out of date - they have a app that under each location tells if they honor the RV discounts

I hate that silly 'fine print'. - rr2254545Explorer

Why would I want to go inside to argue with some twit to save 5 cents a gallon?
Maybe the "twit" would really be on YOUR side of the counter. :R
Did you look at the pump to see if the GS club discount was listed ?
Did you actually READ the prompts that came up on the pump ??
Oh, and that nickel adds up if you are pumping 50 gallons.
P.S. I have personally had trouble with this several times before and complained about it but on my last trip it worked perfectly......and the Pilot/J station was the cheapest one nearby BEFORE the discount in a couple of the cases. - 2oldmanExplorer II5¢ no. 25¢ yeah.

Please cancel my membership immediately. PM me for my number.
From the Goodsam website
at select Pilot or Flying J locations with your Good Sam Club membership
Company owned only
Not uncommon to not get the discount they do not own and operated them all
