Sounds to me like that is a pretty urgent and legit need for towing help with your RV. I would expect the call to GS would at least result in help with a tow. My "travel assist" covers “Emergency Travel
Arrangements” which they mainly define as associated with reservations. But it seems to me that help with a tow is certainly an emergency travel arrangement. You may have to pay for the tow, but I would expect help with a response to your situation. Thanks. I have the same policy. I will check mine and maybe start shopping for other insurance.
I also find it interesting that the response from the “Good Sam Care Team” is handled with a private message (“I would like to assist. Please send a private message… Stacy “) and not an explanation to the whole community of their lack of concern with your situation.
