Platinum Renewal. Check delivered 6/23. No cards yet 7/29.

I was wondering if one of the Good Sam folks could look into this as I'm concerned because our membership expires on 7/31.

Member #40277543. Renewal for Platinum ERS membership. Bank says check delivered on 6/23 but we have not received the new cards yet (3 cards) and it's 7/29.
