- ETysonExplorerWe are working on updates that will fix known bugs that should address the problem you may be having. It should be done in a few weeks.
It would be a big help to us to know the specifics as to what happens when you try to update as not everyone is having the problem you describe. It'll help us figure out what might be happening and include it in the fix.

Im pretty sure a simple update on your end would allow for any iPhone to work. I also have an ASUS MemoPad HD7 and it won't work for that either. - Bucky_BadgerExplorer

Ive deleted and reinstalled over the app store and directly using iTunes a dozen times. Ive restarted. I tried to figure out how to delete the app from iCloud so I could start fresh but couldn't figure it out. Anybody know how to do that?
