Great experience with GSERS, yesterday we were headed north on I95 in North Carolina and had a blowout on our fiver. Called for assistance and spoke with Kimberly, it was the hottest day of the year in NC. She started making phone calls to get us assistance ASAP. She had me on hold and kept apologizing repeatedly for any delay. Originally the response time was going to be 2+ hours but with the extra effort she found R&J tire service who was there in no time and had us back on the road within the hour. BTW I had just switched from AAA, thanks Kimberly and GS!
