I ran a privately owned and operated auto repair shop for 32 1/2 years. I was never of the mind to gouge my customers. That would have ran me out of business in a hurry.
Using your own logic then CW is obviously doing something right since they are now the biggest retailer in the business and obviously satisfy enough customers since they have not been "run out of the business" in spite of the whiners.
