Also this forum serves the purposes and goals of Good Sam Enterprises very well. They would much rather the complaint be contained here instead of some other electronic venue. Don't fool yourself they know precisely what they are doing.
I'm no fool at all, it is evident that CW/GSE knows very well how to run their business and anyone can go to any other venue and voice the same complaint but they will get no satisfaction there like they can here. A well stated unemotional grievance can be satisfied here but there is always those waiting in the wings (incessant whiners) to say "See we told you they were no good profit mongers" just as they did in this thread.
