Well, I don't know how they did it but hats off to Christy and Mike who took charge of this issue and got all my trips back.
Right down to the wire too since we are leaving for NS first thing in the morning.
We're very happy to have all the trips back and they've assured me they are going to follow this issue through to a permanent solution.
