The warranty is through Good Sam. Got it when when we bought the trailer at Camping world.
The letter idea sounds like a good idea, been thinking it was getting time to consult a lawyer about this anyway. But might be easier just to cancel the warranty, get the trailer back and take it somewhere more reliable. Not sure yet which way to go but need to do something before long.
