Well, I talked to the warranty people today and looks like they finally approved MOST of the work. Some of it I really didn't expect them to cover, and didn't know it had gone through them. But the main parts were covered. We bought it at the Flagstaff CW and the work needed was due to the prior service manager, who no longer works there, not taking care of it before we got it. So I finally broke down and called the new Flagstaff service manager and ask if there was anything she could do to help. Strangely enough the next day work got approved. Still don't have our TT back but at least the parts are on order now and the work is approved. I have to give most, if not all, the credit for getting the ball rolling to the new service manager in the Flagstaff CW.
I would like to think that mine is an isolated incident and it should normally work like you said persy2005 but, I don't know.
