I too have never had a problem using the card at the pump and getting the discount. I have had issues getting the discount filling propane, but an email to the company got the discount added to my account balance. I have also been told I cant use the card in a Pilot store that I should have been able to..Sure there are cheaper stations sometimes in the area, but with a 35 foot TT and CC 2500 HD TV, Flying J and Pilot usually offer me the best access to maneuver in/out of the stations. That is a big plus for me. Here in the mid-Atlantic, Sheetz often has the cheapest gas, but the design of the pumps often make this an impossible fueling option.
