samsontdog, I can certainly appreciate your frustration. I've recently experienced a similar, but not as extended, issue. I've spoke with the GSRA administrator, who was very cordial and assured me that their goal was to eventually have a 100% satisfied public. Certainly an unattainable, but nevertheless, a lofty goal. I honestly believe that they are really trying. Posts like yours, mine, and others who have had similar issues are important to them. They do absolutely monitor this site. I hope that you never need them again. Safe, happy, and uneventful RVing to you and yours.
