I don't think that's normal. If you have a Good Sam account, they should give you the discount. Notify Good Sam and let them know the campground name and location. We've never run into that before, and we've used a lot of Good Sam Campgrounds in the last few years. However, they may charge you for using a Credit Card, or something like that. "That" Good Sam probably has no control over.
