The book he admits getting the info from is copyrighted and all material in it is copyrighted and all RIGHTS ARE RESERVED.
So yep it is copyrighted and if you lift parts of the book you can be sued.
It is theft of their intellectual property.
There are loads of websites, apps, and books listing the facilities at RV parks and campgrounds. The raw data is public domain.
