goodsamcs@goodsmfamily.com - aslaksonExplorerOnly way I know of us to log on to the Road service website and see what your account status is. We've had the GS roadside assistance off and on for 7 years, and after the first year have never received a renewal notice or membership card. I say "off and on" because if it lapses and I call for service, they renew me on the spot. Guess I save money that way but seems like a crappy way to run a business.

Go up to the top of the page and click on the little down arrow in the "jump to forum" button area. This will pull down a list and at the very top you will see: "Good Sam Roadside Assistance". Click on that and then click on "GO". This will take you to the correct forum where you can post your question again and get an answer directly from Good Sam.
Or, wait a few minutes and the Moderator will move your post for you.
