Repairs thru GS and Forest River been a nightmare

Did you buy our unit at the CW it is at for repair? IMO I see 2 problems you have here, 1) trying to get CW to repair it, and 2) GS Ins. will only send you to a CW for repair (Double Catch 22 here). I've dealt with Forest River in the past and have GREAT response/repairs under warranty that were needed.
