Repairs thru GS and Forest River been a nightmare

Thank you everyone for your help!
This morning I spent about 4 hours on the phone calling everyone I could at Forest River and leaving a phone message. BTW, Christina, the receptionist at Forest Rivers' corporate office is so nice and helpful! Thank you Christina. Everyone at Forest River that returned my call was very nice and helpful.
Anyway, it appears that this afternoon Camping World found the part at an RV Siding plant in Hemet, CA. I hope for their sake (and my sanity) it matches....
