Repairs thru GS and Forest River been a nightmare

To GS Care Team...
Thank you Good Sam Care Team for trying to help. Maybe I should have called you to let you know that even though it was approved, it was not getting fixed. I'm not sure why I did not call, except that it was such a huge hassle in the beginning I just did not want to go there again.
Also, is it true that we can only use Camping World for repairs covered by GS Ins???
