Revisiting: Can’t use member features on GS site...

My original thread It just gets stranger and stranger. Since my original post, I've tried accessing the site using a couple of different computers and different ISPs that have never been used...

They got it fixed!

The phone process could have been better, but I have to say everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly.
