I am dissapointed in the fact that "The Marcus Rapid Response Team" had to resort to telling their customers LIES. Full tilt, blatant, over the top LIES.

Here is the reason;
What ever made you think the rapid response team was there to help? They work for GS/cw and are protecting their employer's interests. The interest they protect is by responding, everyone thinks that something will be done and so the bad publicity stops. The moderators then close the thread for lack of activity and the problem fades from everyone's memory.. Job well done by the rapid response team.
