I simply expect the Marcus Rapid Response Team to do their job. The OP should not have had to go through the exact same thing I did with Orlando Emergency Roadside Service a couple of months earlier. Especially when the Marcus Rapid Response Team emailed me and said they were NOT going to use the Orlando scammers anymore.
What the Marcus Team did was LIE and patronize me. Told me what I wanted to hear and then subjected another of their own customers to these scammers.
