Road Assistance Nightmare
We used this for the first time on 8/24 for a slider that would not close. The company they sent took hours to arrive and in about 30 minutes determined they could not fix it either. Once we finally got it home I found I was charged $700 for the call. They were supposed to email the invoice to me that evening.
I have called 3-4 times a week since still no invoice to back up the charges. They keep saying they sent. They finally agreed to fax to Camping World - but seems that did not show up either. Next they told me they put in the USPS mail - you guessed it that did not show up either. Camping World has also tried calling them but they won't pick up for them. I even called Road Side Assist back and they could only give me the name of the company. Orlando Emergency Service - odd I was in NH - but no location information etc.
My call was under warranty and I could get reimburse if I could get the
bill - I am beyond frustrated! Doubt I would use this again for anything but a flat tire.
