Road service, but Good Sam Membership lapsed
This question has come up...
I have fully paid for Road Service good through 11/17. (My second year)
But my Good Sam membership has lapsed and I see no reason to renew it until I will need it in Mid May. (I am on my way to Alaska NOW and wont need it until the RV Parks open)
So Is my road service still good? Will it be honored?
Further, the reason my Membership has lapsed is that I was given one free year as a customer service response to the fact that I had some serious problems with Some CW products that ended up costing me a lot of money...BUT instead of simply EXTENDING my then current membership GS opened a NEW membership account for me with a new number. Thus I had two memberships running concurrently resulting in me getting only a three month extension of my membership instead of the one year. This was only found out when we finally got the new membership cards more than two months later.
I would like a definitive answer to these questions.
