Road Side Assistance ??

I went to the site, signed up, gave them my credit card Number. Got an email. But now nothing, no charge to the card, no temporary card, no nothing. Not even an answer to an email asking if I filled out something wrong, if I used wrong site, as I am in Canada. Nothing... is that normal...because if I am on the road and this is the normal response...maybe this was a bad choose.

    Went to make my car payment the other day on the day it was due. It was through Bank of America. Went online expecting to be able to pay right then. Nope. Had to give my checking acount number and routing number. In turn, within a couple days they would make a couple of small deposits into the account. I would then have to verify what they were. All this with a big bank online. However, I was able to call them and give the automated computer the info and it was taken care of right then.

    so it's just not places look Good Sam. The largest bank in america is doing it in a similar fashion.
  • I read all the complaints about GSRA providing proof of payment and cards. How long does it take for Coach-Net to provide notification of coverage and provide cards? I have never purchased RA except through my Ins. Co. I had it with Progressive and also Geico. Took less than 5 min. to have receipt of payment and Ins. Cards in my possession. Used the progressive 1 time and was very happy with the service. Also liked the cost of $39 per year. (4 yrs. ago)

  • I've found a huge difference between the administrative and operational sides of GS. Quite frankly, administrative needs a major overhaul IMHO.
