Just as if you take your vehicle into a repair shop, the cost of labor and parts is your responsibility. In this case, a mobile heavy duty tire truck would be dispatched to your location, and would remove the wheel and tire from your RV. They would proceed to remove the tire from the rim to replace the valve stem from the inner rim, then remount the tire on the rim and reinstall on the vehicle.
