Another issue, if you have the "Travel Assist plan" through Good Sam and need to use the policy be sure when you call to tell them specifically the name of the Plan you have. When I 1st called I was told that my policy was NOT IN EFFECT and they had no policy with my name. I called the GS customer service and they called and the company back east and straighted out the problem.
