Road side assistance

Question

I wrote about failed road side assistance on the way from Minnesota to Colorado, and wrote letter to Mr. Lemonis, and instead of contacting me, they closed this subject, due to "inactivity". They not only provide
"no " road side assistance, they afraid that you will ask for compensation for towing. There is no explanation for this kind of action.

When I was a GS member I never used their Roadside assit as I had fast friendly service from AAA and USAA and still do.  My free GS membership started when I bought a TT from Camping World and I then allowed it to lapse.
